IF YOU SEND NO WIND

If you send no wind
my casements do not open;
the door doesn't swing;
to let the word in;
if you send no thought
my wind stops;
the rain doesn't kiss
the flowers,
nor does the light hunt the corners
to show up the trusted, misplaced treasure.

Hunting, hurting,
the process starts;
it never stops
until the turbulent river breaks the impasse.
It's all found in the rush;
all found in the floods;
glimpsed and washed away.
The floods cannot stop the seaward rush.

    Maybe she's looking for a home or a shelter? Inspiring photo in black and white...As for the poem, it's very touching and full of a never ending suffering." Hunting,hurting; the process starts; it never stops...."
